If you have claimed the loot from the Prime Gaming page, but the cosmetics don't show up in Apex Legends, recheck that the Twitch account used to claim the loot is the one linked to the Electronic Arts account. Reconnect the accounts once again, and it should allow you to claim and see the cosmetics in-game.For those who have Login verification turned on, verify yourself to complete the linking process.Visit your EA account and check the Twitch linking setup, and complete the signup process.Click Claim Now, and you will be redirected to link your EA and Amazon account.Once you unlink these two, head to the Apex Legends Prime Gaming loot page.Go to your EA Account, and remove any connection with Twitch or Prime Gaming.Click on Disconnect on the Electronic Arts listed under Other Connections.Visit the Connection tab in Twitch's Settings.
